About the Columbus Blues Alliance Hall of Fame

The Hall of Fame is a recognition of the artists, promoters, producers, venue owners, and others who have made an impact on the central Ohio blues community through their work, their lives, and their passion.

The Hall of Fame was initiated many years ago with two members – Christine Kittrell and Willie Pooch. We are now proud to include these outstanding individuals as our most recent Hall of Fame inductees:

Members of the Hall of Fame are nominated by members of the Columbus Blues Alliance, following guidelines established by the Board of Trustees. The Submission Committee then vets the candidates’ eligibility and forwards those that pass on to the CBA Executive Committee, who then discuss and vote on no more than 3 candidates, based on the information supplied to them by the nominators.
